They don't contain any of your files. You have to have System Restore enabled and of created restore points. A recovery media disc would not work either and I was all out of options with one problem after another. The restore points are day of infection and week before. Once the search has completed, all of the volume-shadow-copies are dismounted; the examiner can then add the resultant logical evidence file to the case. The program stated "Restore Point created successfully" but the restore point wasn't added to the list.
