This worked immediately for me…Vista…no reboot. Was playing real player, Windows M player. My settings were already set correctly for Storage, but I found deleting the sites from "Website Storage Settings" fixed it for me. Click on this and, in the box that appears, you will see 'Sound, Video and Game controllers'.
