July 28, 2013 Mashhood kp I am having problem with my Acer aspire 5336 Lappie. previously i used the monitor without problems on xp, then i left my dorm during winter break and i installed 7 during that time. No offering of reward/compensation for solutions.

I could no longer boot to vista AGAIN, after the first flash of anger, I unplugged the Acer, took the battery out, took the ram out. If the mains power is left on the computer starts OK but once there is no power input to the power unit for more than 10-15 minutes the computer re-sets to click start task manager 4. the only other problem i could think of was the cable being damaged, but its not like i flailed it around and bashed it or anything.

i've had a similar problem reloading windows on an older gateway tower that seemed to be in raid even though there was only one hard drive.

None the less, I still am happy with my purchase. Typically ayou can either do a Windows Update or uninstall the current driver and reboot the computer and have Windows reinstall it. Last weekend I hate to reinstall Win7 cause something went screwy in an update and I couldn't boot up. Can u help ??
