The new folder that was created is C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator.SGC.Is there a way I can access the old HP_Administrator folder?

It is shows access denied page. If it is not Windows 7, 64 bit, a HijackThis log would be helpful to give a helper an overview... In the same issue someone mentioned Profile2 Privacy 7.x-1.2 as being the root of their problem. authenticated users (non-admin) can't view each others' profile pages even with the right permissions.
